Are these care plans mandatory for hosting clients?

We do not require hosting clients to enroll in a care plan, but we strongly advise it. A WordPress site that is not properly optimized for performance and security can become a risk not just for your brand, but for the entire server environment. Professional oversight is the most effective way to protect your digital presence from code intrusions and performance degradation.

What happens if a site without a care plan is compromised?

Clients who opt out of professional management assume full responsibility for all core and plugin updates. If a site is affected by malicious code, the issue must be resolved immediately to protect the server ecosystem. Sites that remain compromised for more than 30 days are subject to a $600 monthly mitigation fee. Restoration services for ungoverned  sites are billed at $150 per hour.

Each Care Plan is dedicated to a single installation to ensure focused attention and accurate resource allocation. Separate plans are required for each individual site or domain under your ownership.

Is additional technical or creative help available?

Yes. Each plan includes a designated number of hours for client-requested changes. Any strategic or technical work exceeding the monthly allotment is billed at our standard rate of $150 per hour.
